41 Grill & Draft House to Open in Downtown Troy

TROY — A new name and concept have arrived on West Main Street as the former Speakeasy Miso reopens as 41 Grill & Draft House. The rebrand introduces a modern grill and craft beer focus designed to appeal to a wider range of diners. The menu will be similar to the 571 Grill & Drafthouse in New Carlisle, which can be viewed HERE.

   Located at 101 W. Main St., the restaurant offers a menu of grilled entrées, burgers, and shareable plates, along with an expanded draft list featuring local and regional breweries. The interior has been refreshed with a warm, inviting design that highlights Troy’s downtown character. There's also an outdoor patio area, not far from the Square!

   The new concept aims to provide a relaxed, community-centered dining experience while supporting Troy’s growing restaurant scene. A grand opening event will be announced later this month.
