Bradford Pumpkin Show Returns this Week
BRADFORD - The Bradford Pumpkin Show returns Oct. 13-17, bringing five days of carnival rides, live entertainment, festival food, contests, parades, a car show and family activities to the community.
One of Miami County’s longest-running festivals, the annual event offers a small-town atmosphere and a variety of activities for visitors of all ages. The 2026 theme is “Pumpkins Across America, Celebrating 250 Years!” with pumpkin displays featured in the center of town.
Festivities begin Oct. 11 with a property decorating contest, when many residents decorate their homes and properties for the occasion.
The carnival midway opens at 4 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 1 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday. A car show is scheduled for Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The show’s traditional confetti celebration takes place Thursday night (only) following the parade, filling the streets with color. The one-night-only confetti this year is due to a supply issue.
