Car in Stillwater River Under Control After Self-Rescue in Pleasant Hill
Information from the Pleasant Hill Fire Department 
PLEASANT HILL -  Last evening, Pleasant Hill Fire/EMS and Miami County Sheriff's Office responded to Owens Rd. along the Stillwater River for a report of a car into the river. Luckily, the occupants were able to self rescue and swim to shore un-injured. Due to water levels and the current, recovery of the car was unable to be accomplished. If you are in the area and see this vehicle in the river, there is no need to be alarmed or to call 911. Miami County Sheriff's Office is aware and recovery of the vehicle will occur once the levels allow that to safely happen. Thank you!
