YWCA’s Luncheon: ‘Coping during difficult times’ is Jan. 14

PIQUA – Hear about coping during difficult times at YWCA Piqua’s January monthly luncheon on Wednesday, Jan. 14.
Brad Reed, Tri-County Board of Recovery & Mental Health Services associate director and chief community engagement/public information officer, will speak about what we can do when life gets hard. He will help attendees to identify sources of stress and conflict. Reed will remind us that challenges are temporary and we are capable to overcome them, as well as discuss coping techniques.
The luncheon will be held at the YWCA, located at 418 N. Wayne St., Piqua at 11 a.m. Lunch is served at noon for just $8. Be sure to RSVP your reservation by calling the YWCA Piqua at 937-773-6626 by 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 12.
Before the program, take advantage of blood pressure and glucose screenings offered by Upper Valley Medical Center from 10-11 a.m.
