Public Hearing Set in Troy for Planned Eagles Landing Subdivision

TROY - On Monday, August 4, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall (100 S. Market Street) the Troy City Council will hold a public hearing on the General Plan of the Eagles Landing Subdivision Planned Development-Residential application for Parcels D08-107838, D08-107842, and D08-107844, which consists of 86.88 acres, located on Wilson Road south of State Route 718 and west of the Stonebridge Meadows Subdivision.  This is a portion of the land known as the ELC, LLC and Pour Annexation.  The property owner for this application is ELC, LLC; the applicant is Frank Harlow.

   The Troy Planning Commission has recommended that the proposed planned development zoning and General Plan be approved.
