Gong Bath Group Session in Troy Aligns with March 3 Total Lunar Eclipse
Information from the Gong Lady
TROY - Registration is now open for a Gong Bath Group session aligned with the March 3 total lunar eclipse, often referred to as a Blood Moon. The event will take place Tuesday, March 3, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Stouder Center, Suite 1593, in Troy.
The Lunar Eclipse Gong Bath is designed as a guided sound-based experience intended to promote deep relaxation, stress relief and personal renewal. Gong baths use sound and vibration to induce a meditative state without requiring prior meditation experience, specific techniques or physical postures. Participants remain reclined while sound waves from the gongs move through the body, creating a passive and accessible form of relaxation.
According to organizers, the effects of a gong bath can be felt immediately, even after a single session. The vibrations produced by the gongs are believed to help release muscular tension, reduce stress, support emotional processing and promote a sense of balance and well-being. The session is structured around themes of introspection, releasing what no longer serves the individual and realignment during the energetic shift of a total lunar eclipse.
The session will be facilitated by Barbara Felder, known as The Gong Lady, who is a certified consulting hypnotist, a 30-year member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and an evidential medium. The experience integrates sound, vibration and focused intention to support personal transformation and renewal as participants move into the new year.
Attendance is limited to six participants, with each person provided a recliner for the duration of the session. Registration is $60 per person and must be prepaid. Due to limited seating, no refunds or transfers are offered once registration is completed.
Those interested in attending or learning about private sessions and custom group experiences can find additional information and registration details at www.thegonglady.com or by contacting 937-875-2002.
