Troy-Hayner Cultural Center Announces Summer Art Camp Dates

TROY - The Troy-Hayner Cultural Center is pleased to announce that registration for Summer Art Camp 2025 will begin Monday, May 12, 2025 at 9:00 am. Artists entering 1st – 12th grade are invited to spend the week celebrating all things inspired by FOOD.

 

   We are offering 5 creativity-filled sessions of Summer Art Camp over 3 weeks. We are highlighting the talents of different age groups with respective session times. Every camp session is Monday - Thursday. At the end of camp on Thursday, there will be a mini-art show featuring each artist’s creations. The instructor for week 1 is Dana Leonard. The instructors for weeks 2 & 3 are Gabbie Braun and Laura Cantrell. 

 

   This year’s dates are June 23 – 26, July 7 – 10 and July 14 – 17. The fee is $130 per camper. Registration begins May 12th and ends on June 6th, unless a camp fills before the registration end date. Camp registration is online only and on a first come first served basis.    Campers will work alongside camp instructors to create “scrumptious” masterpieces replicating artists’ favorite foods! Artists will explore all aspects of the visual deliciousness of food through painting, printmaking, sculpture, ceramics and more!

 

   The Troy-Hayner Cultural Center is proudly supported by the citizens of the Troy City School District through a local tax levy and generous gifts to the Friends of Hayner.

 

   Troy-Hayner Cultural Center is located at 301 West Main Street, Troy, OH 45373. Hours of operation are Monday 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm, Tuesday – Thursday 9:00 am – 9:00 pm, Friday & Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, and Sunday 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm. The Hayner Center is closed on holidays.
