The Ohio Public Works Commission Projects were selected by 19 district integrating committees based on a variety of factors including health and safety, age and condition, and number of users. The committees also sent unfunded projects for communities with a population of 5,000 or less to compete in the OPWC Small Government Program. As part of the round, 601 projects received funding in total.
