ODOT Announces Upcoming Road Work and Closures in Miami County

MIAMI COUNTY - Several road restrictions and closures are scheduled in the Miami County area during November as crews continue highway repairs and roadway improvements, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.

Interstate 75 lane restriction: Northbound I-75 between SR 571 and Kessler-Cowlesville Road will have a right lane restriction Nov. 9-11 for sound wall repairs.

 

Interstate 75 shoulder restriction: The right shoulder of northbound I-75 between SR 571 and Kessler-Cowlesville Road will be restricted beginning Nov. 9 and continuing through November for sound wall repairs.

 

Interstate 75 ramp closure: The entrance ramp from SR 571 to northbound I-75 will close from 6 a.m. Nov. 12 through 4 p.m. Nov. 13 for sound wall repairs. The detour will take motorists south on I-75 to U.S. 40 and back to northbound I-75.

 

SR 41 and SR 55 closure: The city of Troy will close the intersection of SR 41 and SR 55 from 3-10 p.m. Nov. 27 for a festival. Motorists should follow posted local detours.
