Rock Piqua 2026 to Celebrate History of Rock 'n' Roll, Feature Country Acts

PIQUA — The Piqua Arts Council will present Rock Piqua 2026 from 2 to 11 p.m. Sept. 19 at Lock 9 Park. The event is part of the America 250 Ohio celebration and will feature music spanning the history of rock 'n' roll before shifting to a lineup of contemporary country artists. Admission is free.
 

   The afternoon portion, from 2 to 6 p.m., will celebrate the history of rock 'n' roll, from its folk and bluegrass roots to Elvis and classic rock.
 

The schedule includes:

• The Barnharts, 2 p.m., Battle of the Bands winner
• Brandon Scott, 2:45 p.m.
• The Wheeley Brothers, 3:30 p.m., Battle of the Bands winner
• Elvis tribute artist Ryan Rose, 4:15 p.m.
• Evolution, 5 p.m., performing classic rock favorites

   The evening portion, titled Nashville Takes the Stage, will run from 6:30 to 11 p.m. and feature three country acts.

The Michelle Robinson Band, an Ohio country-rock band, will perform at 6:30 p.m., followed by Hunter Jordan at 8 p.m. Jordan is a rising country artist who competed on Season 29 of NBC's "The Voice."

   Nashville trio Highway Home will headline the event at 9:30 p.m. The group recently signed a record deal and has shared the stage with artists including Luke Combs, Sara Evans, Priscilla Block, Ashley Cooke, Dylan Scott and George Birge.

   "This year's lineup truly has something for everyone," said Sara Wilson, executive director of the Piqua Arts Council. "Whether you love classic rock, country, or discovering new artists, Rock Piqua is the place to be on September 19."
