Rodney Atkins to Perform at Hobart Arena on March 22; Tickets on Sale Friday
Information from Hobart Arena

TROY – Rodney Atkins has announced a stop at Hobart Arena in Troy on Saturday, March 22. Joining him will be special guest Mark Wills. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 31 HERE.

Rodney Atkins has charted at least one radio single at Country Radio in three different decades all while being on the same record label (Curb Records). That sort of commitment and longevity defines the man. He is an artist with multi-generational impact whose voice has been a mainstay at Country Radio, challenging all of us to be better no matter our age – parents who are now grandparents, and adults who first heard Rodney while eating a happy meal in their booster seat.

The ACM Award-winning artist – who has one of the most recognized and powerful voices in Country Music – has over 4 billion global streams; six number one radio singles; 16.5 million RIAA- certified units over 9 singles and 3 albums; has performed on NBC’s TODAY Show, GMA’s Strahan & Sara, and FOX & Friends; and his song “Watching You” was named Number One Song of the Decade by Country Aircheck and earned the songwriter a BMI “Million-Air” Award.

Through the hell we all inevitably go through at some point in life, Atkins has cemented mega-hits in our hearts and minds that help us remain focused on those who matter most. The superstar, who is more interested in connecting with loyal fans and supporting the United States Military than grabbing headlines, recently put his finishing touches on new music beginning with the release of “True South,” in November, 2024.

Joining Atkins for the March 22nd show date will be Mark Wills. It was “19(90) Somethin’” when Grand Ole Opry member Wills went from singing at Atlanta’s infamous Buckboard to releasing his first of 19 Billboard-charting singles across seven albums including “Wish You Were Here,” “Jacob’s Ladder”, “I Do (Cherish You)”, “Places I’ve Never Been,” “Don’t Laugh at Me,” and No. 1 single “Wish You Were Here”.

While climbing his musical ‘ladder,’ he has recorded Gold and Platinum albums and released some of the most enduring and recognizable Country Music hits of the last 25 Years. One of his biggest hits to date is the RIAA Gold-certified “19 Somethin’” – a six-week No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart . He also has taken more than a dozen trips to entertain U.S. troops in Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Korea, and Italy. Wills continues to hit the road with his high-energy show full of hits that were the soundtrack to so many people’s lives.

Tickets to the show will be available starting this Friday, January 31 at 10am and will be available at the Hobart Arena box office (255 Adams Street), online at www.hobartarena.com, or by phone at (937) 339-2911.
