Information and images provided

TIPP CITY — Downtown Tipp City will once again be filled with Christmas charm as the Yuletide Winter’s Gathering returns Friday, Nov. 7, through Sunday, Nov. 9, 2025.

This cherished merchant tradition marks the start of the holiday season as downtown shopkeepers decorate their storefronts, extend their hours, and welcome guests with festive displays, seasonal treats and thoughtfully curated gifts. It is a weekend built on hospitality, tradition and the love merchants have for creating a memorable holiday experience for the community.

Throughout the weekend, visitors can enjoy photos with Santa at Mauk Cabinets by Design (131 W. Main St.) from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, along with free horse-drawn wagon rides through downtown, seasonal treats from local food trucks and extended merchant hours. Most shops will be open Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

“Yuletide is one of my favorite weekends of the year,” said Tasha Weaver, executive director of the Downtown Tipp City Partnership. “Our merchants come together in the most heartfelt way to create something special for the community. They pour their time, talent and holiday spirit into welcoming families, visitors and neighbors to experience Christmas the way it feels in a small town — warm, personal and unforgettable.”

During the event, the Downtown Tipp City Partnership will also be downtown with Tippopoly games available for purchase. Visitors can check downtowntippcity.org for sales times and additional event details.

While this is a merchant-organized event, the Downtown Tipp City Partnership is proud to promote it as part of its mission to preserve, promote and enhance Tipp City’s historic downtown.
