2nd Phase of Washington Rd Utility Project to Begin in Piqua

PIQUA - The City of Piqua advises motorists that the second phase of the ongoing Washington Road utility improvement project will begin earlier than originally anticipated.

   Beginning Monday, August 17, Washington Road between Drake Road and Bausman Road will close for the second phase of the project.

 

   Work on the second phase is anticipated to be completed by Monday, September 28.

 

   As outlined in the original project notice, local traffic will continue to have access to homes and businesses within the work zone. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, follow posted detours and allow additional travel time while work is underway.
