Old Mason Winery to Host Crazy Legs Grape Stomp Competition on Aug. 23

WEST MILTON — Old Mason Winery and Vineyard will host its Crazy Legs Grape Stomp Competition on Saturday, Aug. 23 at 4199 S. Iddings Rd. in West Milton. The event will run from 3 to 10 p.m., weather permitting, and is open to the public.

  Festivities will begin with a cornhole tournament from 3 to 5 p.m., followed by the grape stomp competition from 5 to 7 p.m. The grape stomp is limited to 16 teams, with two participants per team competing in three-minute rounds to see who can fill a jar with the most grape juice. Entry is $20 per team for the grape stomp and $10 per team for the cornhole tournament. Prepayment is required to participate, and teams are limited.

   Take 2 Entertainment will provide commentary for both competitions and play music for an after-party and dance to follow. Seating will be first come, first served.
