TIPP CITY - The Department made this announcement on Monday:
 

   Please join us in welcoming our newest officer, Jacob Ambos, who was recently sworn in to serve our community. We are proud to have him join our department and look forward to the experience and dedication he brings to our department.

Officer Ambos shared the following:

“I am a proud graduate of Tipp City Schools and went on to earn my degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati. For the past five years, I served as a police officer with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department in Charlotte, NC, gaining valuable experience and a deep commitment to public safety. I am excited to return home to my local community and continue my passion for serving and protecting others. Being back in the place that helped shape who I am makes this opportunity especially meaningful, and I look forward to making a positive impact in the community I proudly call home.”
