State Awards Grant to Sheriff's Office for Body Worn Cameras

TROY - The Miami County Sheriff’s Office was recently awarded a grant in the amount of $87,656.28 to assist with updating deputies’ body worn cameras.  The grant was awarded by the Ohio Department of Public Safety.  Deputies have been utilizing body worn cameras for over four years.  This funding will assist in the purchase and updating of new body cameras for all deputies.
